Analyzing 49 studies published between 2007 and 2014, it identifies emerging academic discussions, methodological challenges, and a notable lack of research on interpersonal support factors. The findings emphasize the need for cross-national comparisons and a multidisciplinary approach to enhance understanding and policy actions regarding the dual career framework.
